If you have trouble opening or downloading your digital product, we're here to help.

Check your email — Your download link was sent to the email address used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it.
Download limit reached — Each purchase includes 5 downloads. If you've reached your limit, contact us and we'll reset it for you.
ZIP file won't open — Make sure you have a ZIP extraction tool installed. On Mac, double-click the file. On Windows, right-click and select "Extract All."
Link expired — Download links are valid for 30 days. If yours has expired, contact us with your order number.
